Custom Engineered Stationary Air Compressors
National Compressed Air (NCA), is globally well-known for the design and manufacturing of Custom Engineered Compressor systems for unique applications, requirements, and operating conditions, where the standard off-the-shelf compressors are not able to do the job economically and efficiently.
When compressors are used in a fixed location and there is no need to frequently move them, the most economic and safest solution is to design a skid-mounted stationary package. NCA also offers Custom Designed, Mobile Air Compressors, for when there is a need to move the compressor on the jobsite.
NCA’s Stationary Custom Engineered Compressors are used in a variety of sectors and applications, including Oil and Gas, Mining, Utilities, Chemical and Petrochemical.
Depending on the pressure and volume of compressed air required, different air ends will be used in the compressor package.
Single-Stage Rotary Screw Compressors – Stationary
NCA offers a broad selection of Single-Stage Oil-Flooded Screw Compressors with volumes to 3,000 SCFM and pressures to 250 PSIG.
NCA Compressor designs are the result of continuous development programs in co-operation with customers, operating under all types of conditions. A range of designs are available to ensure maximum reliability under extreme conditions.
Two-Stage Rotary Screw Compressors – Stationary
NCA offers the widest range of High-Pressure Two-Stage Screw Compressors in the industry. Our expertise and design flexibility provides our customers with high-performance compressors that operate under extreme conditions or in any location.
NCA Two-Stage Rotary Screw Compressors are used for applications with pressures to 600 PSIG and volumes to 1,800 SCFM
Common applications for two-stage screw compressors include Onshore or DNV certified Offshore Air Compressors for oil and gas drilling and pipeline services.
Reciprocating Compressors – Stationary
Used for applications requiring higher pressures up to 5,000 PSIG.
Depending on the operating conditions and project requirements, a Reciprocating Compressor may be used as a booster in combination with a Rotary Screw Compressor, or be used as an atmospheric suction compressor.
In Custom-Engineered Compressors, we offer a wide range of features, options, design requirements, and standards, based on the specific needs of our customers.
High-pressure custom-engineered air compressors are commonly used in oil and gas applications including offshore seismic air compressors and offshore booster compressors.
