Design Features of NCA Reciprocating Booster Compressors
NCA Piston Type Air Compressors with double-acting cylinders are horizontally balanced, opposed-piston design, and incorporate several compressor and engine safety features to protect the equipment and operators.
ISO containerization and DNV crash-proof frames, as well as hazardous-area classified options for Rig-safe, Zone 2, or Class 1 Division 1 or Division 2 are offered for Offshore Air Compressors.
Various control options and instruments are available to provide the precise control of flow, pressure or other parameters needed for any application, including remote control, data monitoring and data storage capability.
If a medium pressure (up to 600 PSIG) compressor is required, NCA also offers a range of Screw Booster Compressors.
NCA Reciprocating Boosters can integrate different cooling and drive options, as well as cold weather and high ambient temperature capabilities, based on the project requirements.
