CBM Drilling

Coal Bed Methane (CBM) is a non-conventional hydrocarbon, a natural gas containing virtually 100% methane (CH4) produced from coal seam reservoirs.

It is often produced at shallow depths with large volumes of water of variable quality and through a bore hole that allows gas and water to be produced to the surface.  Many coal mining areas support current CBM productions.

Compressed air from the NCA two stage rotary screw compressors and boosters is used for drilling, cleaning the well, pneumatic fracturing and other operations.
